Welcome to GoXC! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TMCM Estates, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the GoXC mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GoXC. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use GoXC. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete their account.

GoXC is provided free of charge. We may add or remove features at any time.
You retain ownership of the content you post in GoXC — your workouts, messages, comments, photos, and PRs are yours.
By posting content in GoXC, you grant TMCM Estates, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and share that content as needed to operate the App (for example, showing your workouts to your teammates, syncing your data across your devices, or backing up your content).

We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
GoXC is for high school cross country athletes and their teammates. You agree NOT to:
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it:
We commit to reviewing reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, warn the user, suspend the account, or ban the user permanently. We may also remove content proactively if we discover it violates these Terms.
You can block any user at any time from the App. Blocked users cannot message you, comment on your activities, or see your runs.
GoXC is a tool for tracking running activity. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice.
TMCM Estates, LLC is not responsible for injuries, illness, or other consequences of using the App or following any training advice you receive through the App or from other users.
The GoXC name, logo, design, code, and all related materials are the property of TMCM Estates, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
You may take screenshots of your own data and share them on social media.

When you use these features, you also agree to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Help & Support → Delete My Account. When you delete your account, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

Our total liability for any claims relating to GoXC will not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of GoXC will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, unless you live somewhere that requires disputes to be heard in your local courts.
